This Course will benefit Paediatric and Neonatal consultants & trainees and advanced nurse practitioners and researchers in the diagnostic use of ultrasound as per POCUS guidance. The Course aims to deliver the essential theoretical knowledge and practical experience with helpful tips relevant to POCUS.

Aims and objectives
- Participants will be introduced to the use of bedside ultrasound.
- Participants will develop understanding and knowledge around use of POCUS in emergencies.
- Participants will understand the principles of POCUS use with lines, lungs, abdomen and heart.
- Participants will familiarise functional echo assessment in sick neonates.
- Participants will have hands on exposure to US lungs, abdomen, heart and peripheral cannulation.
