Thrive Paediatrics is an RCPCH project that supports paediatricians to have a long, happy and fulfilled careers.
East of England is one of two pilot sites for a regional Wellbeing and Innovation Network (WIN). This is a community of paediatricians and allied health professionals who share stories and experiences and use these to identify themes and work collaboratively to develop possible solutions.
If you work in East of England, this free, one-day CPD event offers you a chance to understand some of the science of wellbeing as well as reflect upon your experience of working in paediatrics. We will start exploring some of the barriers in improving the working environment and work together to identify realistic actions we can take to improve our working lives.
This is an in-person event for people working in the East of England region.
Objectives
- Understand what Thrive Paediatrics is
- Understand the science of wellbeing
- Listen, reflect and appreciate how our stories can help facilitate change
- Generate ideas for how we can work together to improve our working lives
