Schoolchildren are among 100 people feared dead. 

RCPCH Global Officer Dr Susan Broster said: 

We profoundly condemn the recent airstrike in a village in north-west Sagaing, Myanmar by the military junta, during a public celebration which caused the death of a large number of children. We continue to be gravely concerned by ongoing human rights abuses in Myanmar and we urge the international community under the commitments of the UN charter to condemn this attack and speak out against the regime.
