RCPCH Privacy notice – Faculty Survey

Individuals are invited to complete a voluntary survey. The data we collect will be used to improve and inform the recruitment and retention of faculty across paediatric education.

Why do we collect this information?

The purpose of this survey is to get your views on how the college can better support you in your faculty role by shaping the college’s future workforce strategies.
This survey is voluntary. We do not aim to collect any personal data, however if any is collected it will only be used where it is in our legitimate interest to do so to improve the college’s workforce strategy.

Who might we share your information with?

We will not share your personal data with anyone outside of RCPCH.

How long do we hold your information for?

All other data will be kept in an anonymised format until it is no longer required for this purpose.

Transferring information outside of the UK

To provide some products and services we, or our data processors, may transfer and process information in countries outside of the UK. Some of these countries, such as those in the EEA, will have an officially recognised equivalent level of protection to the UK (adequacy decision). A list of these countries can be found via the . Where there is no adequacy decision, we will take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that your information is protected by having in place a recognised safeguard with our partners and suppliers, such as regulatory approved Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Corporate Rules or Codes of Conduct.

We use Microsoft forms to collect and process your data, which stores the data in the EU.
