Course description:

Young people come with their own specific challenges when it comes to healthcare. On this new and exciting online course, learn from experts in the field of adolescent health about adolescent development, developmentally appropriate healthcare (DAH) and practical tips such as how to talk to and write to young people, addressing the areas they may be experimenting with ( sex drugs rock and roll!). You will hear patient journeys in their own words. You’ll work through complex cases interactively before learning from specialist consultants in the areas of rheumatology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and eating disorders as well as contextual safeguarding.
