NHS 10 Year Plan - RCPCH 'workshop in a box'

If you're a member working in England, join our 'workshop in a box' to help to make the case for children and the child health workforce to be at the centre of plans for the NHS. We'll gather your insights and make a direct, anonymised contribution to the Change NHS engagement exercise.

Share your views on the future of the NHS. This workshop responds to the UK Government's public engagement initiative aimed at shaping the NHS 10 Year Health Plan in England. This follows the Darzi Review, which highlighted the significant challenges facing child health services and the current state of children's health and wellbeing.

We need to make the case for children, young people and the child health workforce to be at the centre of this plan. And we need your voice.

This highly interactive workshop will capture your experiences and ideas on:

  • How to make the NHS fit for the future though a new 10 Year Health Plan
  • The three shifts:
    • making better use of technology
    • moving more care from hospitals to communities
    • preventing sickness not just treating it.

We'll collate the insights from the workshop for a contribution directly to the Change NHS portal as part of the 'workshop in a Box' community engagement project. All data will be anonymised, but by participating, you consent to your insights being shared with Change NHS.

Whether or not you can join the workshop, do take a look at our policy briefings on this plan and submit your ideas directly to the Change NHS Portal.
